Sahara-X website, email and marketing — one-off close-out, or ongoing management?
The site is built and live, the internal pages and structure are done. What we never closed is what happens after the build. Two clean ways forward — I'm fine with either, I just can't keep doing one while we're billed for the other.
Which one do you want?
One thing that applies either way: work already delivered from 1 July onwards gets invoiced under whichever option you pick. Choosing A doesn't erase July and August — it just stops the clock going forward.
The assistant role — is it still what you want?
You asked me to take on your businesses as your executive/personal assistant — running the projects, the correspondence, the procurement and tender side. I've prepared the mutual NDA and non-circumvention agreement for that (it protects both of us equally: your contacts and my contacts, your pricing and mine).
Before I write a scope and a price, I need to know the idea is still live. A straight "not now" is a completely acceptable answer — it just saves us both time.
Where do you stand?
The Ethiopia software project — held until 01 is answered
This is the next build after the website, and it's mine to deliver. I've deliberately not started it, because how we handle it depends entirely on your answer to 01: if we're on a retainer, it slots in as a project on top of it; if we're closing out, it needs its own agreement and its own price from scratch.
Assuming 01 is settled, when should this start?
The bidding side — we keep losing chances to the same gap
We talk about tenders in messages and then the deadline passes. There's no single place showing what we've applied for, what's outstanding, who owns the next step and when it's due. I'd like to fix that with one shared tracker — one link, both of us see the same board, deadlines visible weeks ahead.
Do you want me to set that up?
Three specific items I need from you for the bids already in motion:
-
Ethiopia bid 1 — lighting / lamp supply
Current status, submission deadline, and whichever documents you already hold.
-
Ethiopia bid 2 — the French-language tender
Same: where it stands, what's still missing, who is drafting what.
-
Your contact in Ethiopia — still no reply
The introduction you made hasn't come back to me. Can you nudge them, and by when?
What do you need from me?
Your turn. Anything you want me to take on, chase, prepare or price — write it here and it goes straight onto my list with a date against it. New ideas welcome too; this is the place they stop being conversation and become tasks.
